In recent weeks I made multiple trips to Cape Cod and I am calling 2015 the summer of the Cape. This last trip brought me to Paine's Creek Landing and Beach where Stony Brook empties into the Cape Cod Bay. It's a favorite sunset spot in Brewster, MA for local and tourists alike. Parking is very limited but I lucked out that evening to find one left, just waiting for me. In this seascape photograph I incorporated the cordgrass in the foreground as it stands in beautiful contrast with the blue sky. I patiently waited for the clouds to move into the right spot that add the most appeal to the Cape Cod Photography picture.
Aperture was f/11 providing an exposure time of 1/6 of a second at ISO100. During post processing I removed dust spots and minimally adjusted contrast and color saturation before sharpening the final image of Paine's Creek.
Good light and happy photo making!
